Alisha Dvorak

Alisha Dvorak is a licensed insurance professional at the Agency who focuses on personal lines and provides day-to-day support with onboarding, billing, renewals, policy changes, and customer communication. She is known for being detail oriented, dependable, and steady during stressful situations, helping customers feel heard and taken care of. Alisha brings strong organization, clear communication, and a genuine desire to make insurance less confusing and more personal. Lisa Phelps

Lisa Phelps is the Vice President and Claims Manager at our agency. She plays a key role in agency leadership and is known for being direct, dependable, and highly experienced in supporting customers through the claims process. Lisa brings confidence, clarity, and strong follow through to every situation, helping customers feel supported during stressful moments. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, riding side by sides, and spending time with her daughter and family.

Nicole Schrage

Nicole Schrage began her insurance career in 2011 and joined the Agency in 2021. In her sales role, she is known for being a compassionate problem solver who takes the time to understand each customer’s needs. Nicole focuses on helping customers compare options, make confident decisions, and secure the right coverage at the best possible value. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and being “Aunt Coley” to the people she loves most.
